Supply Your Own Towel

  • Regular size: 42" hips and under
  • Ext size: 43" hips and above

How it works:

1.) Option ONE (Partial provide your own) - Send us your tea towel and we will propose fabrics from our stock to pair with your towel. Your tea towel or linen will be the bodice and our fabrics will make up the pants and strap portion of the jumpsuit.

  • This is BASE PRICE only (labor). (common yardage like bedsheets, deadstock yardage for pants are added cost after you pay for the base price range from $25-60)
  • More expensive materials for the pants like quilts and embroidered fabric are a higher priced tier ($65-$125 or more) . PLEASE clearly indicate your budget in an email and we can customize fabrics for you.
  • Adding details (like ruffles) also adds to the cost.
  • Most Standard size tea towels work. If you plan on using embroidered linens, please send a photo of the fabric and we will suggest if you need two.

2.) Option 2 - you are providing all fabrics for the jumpsuit

  • You will need to send 1 tea towel for the bodice, if an embroidered tea towel version, you will need to send us the size so we can let you know if you need more than one
  • For the pants - we need at least 3 and a half yards. The fabric must be non-stretch (not knitted but woven) and the weight of the fabric as to be similar to the tea towel or a little heavier. Vintage curtains and tablecloths are perfect examples.
  • If your fabrics are not regular yardage and need to be pieced together, we will need to charge for the labor of pieceing fabric together (ranges from $30-$60) more, depending on how much work for cutting and sewing.

Important Note: Please READ

  • Custom requires a lot of back and forth. As much as we love chatting with our customers, we hope that you can provide clear information to make this smooth sailing as possible!
  • Please know that we are not your personal seamstress. Meaning, we can not make your own design. The design is limited to the patterns we already have. Lenghtening sleeves and lowering necklines are acceptable but we can not change necklines or silhouettes.
  • Please be respectful of the time it takes to source materials to match your towel, meaning, please BE CLEAR with your budget requirements UPFRONTso we can target this and not spend too much time sourcing on options you will never buy.
  • We reserve the right to terminate a collaboration if the customer becomes very demanding and unrealistic! We will charge for the time spent in sourcing. So please be nice so we can continue to provide this service for everyone! It should be a fun and magical time!
